Elegant renaissance royal purple crushed velvet, soft, bouncy with long flowing lines. This cloak is made from soft renaissance royal purple crushed velvet, unlined inside yet soft as a kitten, very roomy Medieval hood, closes with one velvet tie in front, excellent craftsmanship on all interior seams and hems.
This cloak is part of my King Author line. Designed to be elegant yet economical. The cloak is made of soft, bouncy and light weight crushed velvet. It is very soft and has a bouncy rhythm to it as you walk. The texture is a unique crinkle that makes the fabric glimmer in the evening moonlight.
The cloak and hood are unlined yet the inside of this cloak is still very, very soft and the hood is roomy enough to silhouette your face or lay lusciously across your shoulders.

Measurements:
I make five sizes of ready to ship cloaks. Those are XXL 70, XL 66, L 62, M 58, and S 54 inches long cloaks. Each cloak is measured from the back of the neck to the base of the cloak. Approximately 4 inches in length separate each size. I do this because everyone has their own particular taste and personal preference how their cloak should fit. The length of the cloak being offered is located in my above features section.
My cloaks are very roomy and their circumferences are normally much greater than cloaks you will find offered on other sites. Typical circumferences of my cloaks range from 180 to 220 inches. The circumference of the cloak being offered is located in my above features section.
The massive Gothic shaped hood is a Von Lancelot trademark. It can hide any face, glamorously silhouette facial features or hangs elegantly down your back with mountains of cloth glimmer in the moonlight. I offer various configurations of my hoods and these too can be found in my features section for this particular cloak.
How to order the perfect cloak? Don't be fooled by cloak vendor photos. eBay is notorious for not getting what you see in the photo. Most of the cloaks offered on other sites show 60 to 62 inches cloaks using short mannequins. Remember, most people are not 5 feet tall, so don't expect your cloak to flow gloriously across the floor if you do not purchase the proper fitting cloak.
Getting the right length cloak in the mail that fits your body size and your expectations is half the battle in getting that sensational look. I've gone out of my way to develop a proper Cloak Sizing Guide so that my customers can get the perfect fit when buying a cloak from me.
How to save money with my cloaks? Because my pricing is adjusted to the length of my cloaks, shorter clients can save money, while taller customers can get a better fit. How to use the chart. Cloak seam length does not increase proportionally to your height. Because shoulders broaden and chests fill out more, you need a longer cloak seam as your height increases. Don't let that bother you, I have made all the adjustments so that if you choose one of My Sizes and Cloak Seams for your Shoulder Height, your cloak will normally touch the floor a few inches. If you want your cloak to slide across the floor with a slight trail, I recommend that you buy one size larger. Buy, two sizes larger if you want that magnificent flowing effect.

The cloak being offered in this listing cannot be changed, however, it is sold as a specific eBay Item and is ready to ship as is. I handle all custom cloak orders just as I would any eBay Item. Upon agreeing upon the length, fabric, color, fur type, adornment, clasps, hood, mantle, etc., using eBay email, I will post a new eBay Item Number specifically for the cloak of your dreams. Item Condition, Manufacture and Packaging:
I take my cloak making seriously, manufacturing and packaging are no exception. Your cloak is brand new and has never been used.
It is made in one of my factories overseas in order to bring you the highest assortment of fabrics, widest selection of colors, along with excellent prices. I assure you that I spend most all my time designing and supervising each step of my own manufacturing from a design table located in the center of my factory production floor. Cloaks are shipped weekly to my Distribution Center in Portland, Oregon and then shipped you to you as quickly as humanly possible. My Distribution Center is managed by my 83-year old mother who keeps the the pace in high gear. Again, I assure you that we are doing everything in our power to bring you a beautiful cloak at exceptional pricing in the fastest amount of time.
Your cloak comes folded neatly inside a crystal clear protective bag and carefully packaged inside a USPS Priority Mail Box for shipping. Although at times it may arrive with wrinkles due to packaging, if you just hang your cloak in a steamy bathroom over night it will look great the next morning. I do not ship my cloaks inside paper or plastic envelopes, you will always receive your cloak inside a sturdy USPS box.

Every day I or one of my staff drives 3 hours round trip not to the local drop box, but to the USPS Portland International Airport Air Cargo Terminal with every cloak that we have finished processing that day. This may include many cloak orders that came in on the same day. I do not wait for the USPS Postman to pickup my packages. I do not deliver my packages to my local USPS Post Office. I make the extra effort to Get It Quick at a price far below what you would expect to pay FedEx or UPS for the same fast service.

Every country has different laws regarding whether or not the government will charge you customs duties when you import goods into your country. These are not additional fees that I charge you, these are import taxes that your own government is charging you, and unfortunately, I am not in control of that. I try to describe each item I sell as accurately and completely as possible. I also take my own pictures using a profession Canon SLR 400D with full studio lighting. I do not modify my any of my cloaks in Photoshop. I shoot raw and you see the real thing.
However, mistakes are made at times in verbiage and my cloaks may at times have imperfections even though I try very hard. Color may vary, length may not be exact, a seam may not be perfect, etc. However, as you can see from all my feedback and all my awesome guestbook entries, my customers are normally overwhelmed by the quality of their new Von Lancelot cloak.
