Insurance required at checkout is 1.30 for USA and 1.50 for international per package not per item. We use Endicia insurance for postal packages and courier insurance for UPS/Fedex/DHL.

You must contact Customer Service at service@sparkleitup.com within 7 days of receiving your items to obtain a Return Authorization. (no exceptions will be made for any reason)
We accept all returns with a Return Authorizations numbers. Return Authorizations can be obtained by contacting Customer service.
There is a $2.00 Restocking Fee per item if you are returning the item because of fit or dislike. We do NOT reimburse the original shipping and handling that was charged. The customer will be responsible for the cost for return shipping.
Original and return shipping cost will be reimbursed on all items due to: wrong item, color, or size, (other than what you purchased) un-described major flaws not listed due to our error.
Return items will be replaced. If a replacement isn’t available we will give you a credit or refund.
