Highest shipping cost for first item then deduct $2.75 from the shipping cost on each additional item.
Canada
Highest shipping cost for first item then deduct $3.75 from the shipping cost on each additional item.
International
Highest shipping cost for first item then deduct $4.75 from the shipping cost on each additional item.
Domestic Example:
Item 1 Shipping cost: $9.99
Item 2 Shipping cost: $6.99
Item 3 Shipping cost: $4.99
Highest Shipping cost: $9.99
Item 2: ($6.99 - $2.75) =$4.24
Item 3: ($4.99 - $2.75) = $2.24

How much is shipping and handling (S&H)?
