these are being sold as preowned because they are store returns and do not have the tags on the. They are a great pair of jeans and have a lot of wear in them and are made just for YOU. they have that distressed look and are the in style jeans. What you are looking at is a pre owned item unless otherwise stated. I do not accept returns, so again if you have questions please ask. Shipping is to the lower 48 states, if you live outside the lower 48 states please send me your address and I can let you know what the actual shipping charges will be. Also, my computer is set up to automatically add $0.75 cent for a tracking number at the end of the auction if you do not want this tracking number please email me before paying and I will gladly take it away. Also, please do not pay until the actual invoice is sent. I will not in anyway be responsible for lost items in the postal system, this is the reason for the tracking number.
