To qualify for a refund there must be a problem with the item or an extenuating circumstance and must be approved by us BEFORE it is returned. The item must then be returned within 10 days of receipt of item, and the item must be in it's original pre-sale condition. The item must be returned at the buyers expense and include shipping insurance. If the item is being returned for any reason that is NOT due to our negligence, then only the selling price will be eligible for refund. We have been in the retail business for the past 10 years. Starting with a booth rental in an Antique shop we quickly caught the "own your own business bug". Next the owner went to the "Jewelry Design Institute to learn gemstone setting and jewelry fabrication skills, and started a custom set jewelry, home party business. This grew until we realized that we needed a "brick and Mortar" storefront. In 2001 we bought a small gift basket company and turned it into a full line gift shop. Over the years we have grown to include floral design, wedding planning, gift baskets, balloons, jewelry, collectibles, antiques, ladies accessories, dolls, candles, bath and body, purses, cards, gourmet foods , home decor and even some graphic arts and TV commercial production. We decided that it is finally time to get up with the times and start our on line business. In an effort to bring our customers whatever they are looking for we will continue to try to offer all of these items and hope to add even more!
